Between the moment of our conception and the time of our death we exist in a state of unknowing.  Whatever reality there is beyond our experiential state can only be speculated about, guessed at and held as an object of faith.  Philosophy, Religion and even Science are mere feeble attempts to answer the questions that have challenged the minds of great and not so great thinkers, mystics and poets for millennia. 

        I believe all people are philosophers.  Some have either never given themselves credit for being so or the society they live in has never given them permission to consider themselves as such.  Anyone who has had an Idea about anything is a philosopher.  Anyone who has ever felt the existence of something beyond themselves is a mystic.  And anyone who has ever attempted to speak from their "heart" is a poet.

      In the following pages are some attempts I have made to seek out the meaning of this thing we call Life.  Feel free to read, consider, disagree, and even incorporate any, all or none of it.
